Instructions for Ross's buns
To prepare the Ross's buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Knead all things well together so that the dough is very smooth.
Shape for buns.
Put them in a cold oven with a bowl of boiling water beneath and they raise well without getting the dry cupboard.
Take them out when they are raised well about 30 min turn on the oven at 220 degrees and behind them until they are golden about 8-10min.
As soon as they have come out of the oven brush them with milk then stayed longer soft.
