To prepare the Rose syrup-Rose syrup recipe, please follow these instructions:
1 ltr rose petals, compressed, brought slowly to a boil with approx. 1 1/2 ltr water. Småkoger a couple of minutes. Taken by the heat and stand overnight. The leaves are strained from the juice boils slowly rose up and with 400 g sugar and 1 cinnamon stick. Season to taste with lemon juice and remove the cinnamon stick.
