Instructions for Romfromage II
To prepare the Romfromage II recipe, please follow these instructions:
The house block is soaked and melted. The egg yolks are stirred white with sugar. Egg whites and cream are whipped separately.
The cream is poured into the stirred egg yolks, then add the slender house leaf to a thin beam and finally the stewed cream and the spicy egg whites. Stir regularly with great caution until the stool starts to stiffen. Then pour it quickly into a glass bowl, flat slice of glass or cups.
Fromagen can be pybed with whipped cream, or you can serve a lukewarm red fruit sauce, but you should preferably cook the cheese in a glass bowl.
tips:
You can add 1 dl in room from. Whipped cream more and take 1 egg less, but you should preferably take 1 leaf of house leaf more than given above.
