1 | Lightly smoked ham (6-6 ½ kg) or ubenet ham (about 3 kg) | |

Instructions for Roasted Ham
To prepare the Roasted Ham recipe, please follow these instructions:
Water the ham out in cold water for 24 hours.
Dry and place it on the baking pandens grate, with sværden up.
