1tspCumin seeds

2Eggs
2tspMarjoram

To prepare the Roasted eggs (for the bread) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir all ingredients together in a bowl, and stir well into the mixture with a fork, so all the spices are distributed.

Came some butter in a pan and let it melt on the Mediterranean heat, pour egg mixture in the Pan, and stir well with a wooden spoon in it, so the eggs will turn into a kind of large crumbs.

Served on wholemeal rye bread with butter.
