1tspThyme, dried
100gLeaf celery
2cloveGarlic
2Onion
2Red bell pepper
200gCarrots
3dlRisotto rice
4tbspParsley, fresh
400gBeef, chopped about 10% fat
5dlBeef broth

Instructions for Risotto with beef

To prepare the Risotto with beef recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop onion, garlic, celery and peppers coarsely. Grate the carrots fine. Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Saute the onion for 1 minute. Add the meat and FRY 5 minutes. Add the vegetables and saute the 3-4 minutes.

Add the rice and stir. Add the beef broth, tomatoes, thyme and bring to the boil. Put the lid on, and småkog in 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the chopped parsley at the end.

Tips:
Use a residual boiled rice and the right is finished in under 15 minutes.
