To prepare the RIS a la mande of remnant of rice pudding recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip the cream stiff with 1 tbsp. vanilla sugar.

Add the rice porridge (cooked without salt) a little of the cream skimmed 1 tbsp. vanilla sugar regular sugar and almond essence.
Add the last whipped cream and the chopped almonds.

Season to taste with vanilla sugar and almond essence.

Served with cherry sauce.
