120 | g | Wheat flour |
125 | g | Butter |
2 | tbsp | Potato flour |
500 | g | Rhubarb |
Instructions for Rhubarb pie with crumb pie
To prepare the Rhubarb pie with crumb pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble flour and butter, mix sugar in.
Blame the rebels and cut them into pieces of 2 cm. Mix sugar with potato flour. Place the rababs in a greased ovenproof dish. Sprinkle sugar with potato flour over the rhubarb. Shake the dish so that sugar and potato flour are distributed between the rhubarb pieces.
Distribute the crumb of cream over the rhubarb.
Place the dish in a preheated oven at 225 degrees C. alm. Oven for about 25 minutes.
Serve warm with cream or vanilla ice cream.
tips:
Gooseberries, mealies and other sour fruits can replace the rhubarb in this recipe.
