To prepare the Rhubarb-Orange jam recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the washed rhubarb stalks into small pieces and getting them in a pan with the sugar. Cut 3-4 slices of one Orange and squeeze the juice of the rest as well as of the last whole orange. Slice the husk except the white bitter membrane, in small pieces. Got everything in the pan. Bring slowly to the boil and let it cook slowly in a neighborhood. Mix a little sugar with gelling agent.
