Instructions for Rhubarb chips
To prepare the Rhubarb chips recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil sugar and water to sugar is dissolved.
Clean and wash the rhubarb and Peel some thin long strips with a thin peels or slicer.
Put strips of sugar brine for about 10 min.
Then drag strips up between two fingers, so you remove most of the bed sheet.
Put strips on wax paper and bake at low heat, 75 degrees in 3-4 hours. Turn the strips a few times.
