To prepare the Rhubarb cake with coconut flour recipe, please follow these instructions:
The rhubarb cut into 1 cm and sprinkle with sugar and vanilla.
The ingredients of the dough are kneaded with your fingers and placed on the ragberries. Sprinkle with hazelnuts.
Bake covered with stanniol at 180 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 30 minutes on the bottom groove, remove the stanol and cook the cake for another 15-20 minutes.
Served if required. Warm with cold whipped cream or cremefraiche / ice cream.
