To prepare the Red casserole in cucumber and koriander sauce (microwave) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the cucumber and cut it into 4 pieces. Remove the kernels and cut the meat into slices.

Put the cucumber pieces and half of the butter, mustard onion, half of lemon juice, salt and pepper in a serving dish. Put the lid on and put it in the oven for 4 minutes at 100%.
