To prepare the Red cabbage with cranberries and honey recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the red cabbage into long thin strips, it is easiest to divide the cabbage in the first quarter. The stick is thrown away. The red onions are cut in half and shredded into long thin strips across the loin. The oil is heated in a good wok pan, onion and red bowl strips are swirled in it. When the pan is sewed, add vinegar, spoon vanilla, honey and juice. Turn the cabbage several times and season with vinegar and honey. Cranberries are added when the cabbage is barely finished, the fresh cranberries must now puncture before the dish is finished. When the cabbage has become tender, the dish is finished. Can be saved for the whole Christmas if it is not eaten before
