1Medium red cabbage head

1pkgDried cranberries or
2dlFruit juice or Apple juice
2Red onion
3-4tbsp(. bamboo) honey

To prepare the Red cabbage with cranberries and honey recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the red cabbage into long thin strips, it is easiest to divide the cabbage in the first quarter. The stick is thrown away.
