To prepare the Red cabbage salad with parsnip recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the red cabbage into very thin strips and put it in a plastic bowl. Peel the parsnips. Tear them on the grater and put it in the bowl with the red cabbage. Cut the pineapple into small pieces (max. 1 cm). Cut the hazelnuts over twice each. Put the stuff in the bowl. Put some lemon juice and pour it over the salad after taste. Stir around the salad so everything is evenly distributed. Pour it into a salad bowl.
