To prepare the Raw red salads II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Beetroot peeled and torn on the large grater and carrots alike. The other ingredients are added and the raw food draws in my fridge. 1 hour, and preferably 1 day.
tips:
If you are not for strong food, I suggest that Chile be omitted.
