To prepare the Raw pickled cucumbers recipe, please follow these instructions:
The cucumbers are cut into slices as for laying (2-4 mm thickness will keep them crazy for a long time). Put in a jar.
Sugar, salt and vinegar poured over. Do not touch. Sugar and salt dissolve in 8 to 10 days. Stir jars cold.
The raw pickled cucumbers can be stored for many months, in fact, from season to season, keeping the crispness for the last.
If you are lucky to have dill crowns or dill seeds, they are added for an extra good taste.
