100 | g | Pure raw marzipan |
125 | g | Butter |
125 | g | Sugar |
175 | g | Wheat flour |
500 | g | Rhubarb |
Instructions for Rabbit pie with marcipan
To prepare the Rabbit pie with marcipan recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the butter in the flour. Add sugar and egg yolk and pick up the dough quickly. Leave it cold for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough and cover a pie shape, approx. 24 cm. In diameter, with it.
Rinse and cut the rhubarb. Let them drip well. Mix rhubarb, sugar and potato flour. Distribute it over the bottom. Place the pie in the oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven approx. 15 min.
Grate the marcipan roughly and spread it over the rhubarb. Bake the pie further approx. 20 min. At 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
Serve the pie thin or cold with whipped cream.
