The ingredients for the pie bottom are collected and left cold for 1 hour.

Roll the dough and for a pie with the dough. Save some of the dough to make fries on top of the pie.

Cut the rhubarb into pieces of approx. 2-3 cm. And spread them on top of the pie in the mold.
