250 | g | Wheat flour |
400 | g | Rhubarb |
75 | g | Butter |
75 | g | Sugar |
Instructions for Rababer with smulderdej
To prepare the Rababer with smulderdej recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rhubarb stalks cut into thin slices and mix with sugar, potato flour and vanilla sugar. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
The dough together and break into pieces of flour, sugar and softened butter, sprinkled over the rhubarb.
Bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees c. alm. oven for 20 minutes.
Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
