1cupPâté of your choice (Walnut pesto works best)
2Medium turnips

Instructions for Råvioli

To prepare the Råvioli recipe, please follow these instructions:

The majors are cleaned clean. (It is not necessary to peel them.) Cut them into the thin slices of paper with a mandolin or a v-cutter. One must try a little to get the right thickness. They should be so thin that you can bend them. (If your majors are too big for the mandolin, just cut a page. It's okay that the slices have a straight edge.)

After cutting the majors, you will get a little pesto (about ½ tbsp) on top of each slice. Fold together and press carefully, the pesto will hold on to them.

Arrange them on a serving dish. They are perfect for welcome snacks. To enjoy them as a main course, they must be served over a bottom of salad and with a little Marinara sauce on top.
