| 50 | g | Yeast |
| 6 | dl | Lukewarm water |
| 6 | tbsp | Oil |
| 600 | g | Wheat flour |
| 600 | g | Rye flour |
Instructions for Quick rye bread II
To prepare the Quick rye bread II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water. It all come together and stir well. Kneaded and shaped like a thick sausage placed in a greased baking Tin. Raised in about 1 hour in a warm place.
Bake on one of the lower-rilleri ca. 45 minutes at 180 c.
Tips:
The first 10 min oven can well stand at 200 c, then screwed down to 180 c
