Came cornmeal and salt in a bowl and make a well in the middle. Pour the boiling water and stir with a wooden spoon so it will be a real stiff dough. Share it in 12 balls and roll each of them out for a pancake at 3 mm thickness.
Fry them on an iron plate in a little oil until brown on both sides and brush them with a little melted butter.
Keep warm in oven until all bread is baked and server them with more melted butter.
