Mix all the ingredience except the bread well with an electric mixer until it is smooth and creamy. Cover it and place in the refrigerator in enhalv time.
Blend the bread until it consists of coarse crumbs. So you roll a teaspoon of curd in crumbs at a time to form a ball. Style them into fridge again for at least half an hour. They can be made three days in advance but must then be covered in refrigerator to be on the table.
