Instructions for Princess Pudding
To prepare the Princess Pudding recipe, please follow these instructions:
Margarine and flour are mixed together and the milk is spun after a while. When the baking leaves the pot, remove it from the heat and stir in salt and sugar. The eggs are whipped together and driped gradually with constant stirring. When the dough is soft but firmly stuck, the eggs must not be added. The baking soda is mixed in just before the dough is filled in a greased raspberry curd. Cooking time in the water bath in the oven: 40 min. By 175 gr. Larger portions are filled in pudding form with lid and boiled for 1-1 1/2 hour. The budding is reversed and must be served immediately as it quickly collapses. A little bit of sauce is poured in the middle of the rim, the rest is served.
