To prepare the Potato torskefad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the potatoes in the oven for approx. 10 min.

Saute onions and garlic in the oil in a pan until the onions are ready. Add peeled tomatoes, water, peppers and estragon and let the sauce boil for approx. 5 min. Season with salt and pepper.

Distribute the steamed potato slices into greased panes.

Put fish and pepper over the potatoes and benefit the sauce.

Put the dishes in the oven at combidamp 180o for 25 minutes.
