Instructions for Potato Tern
To prepare the Potato Tern recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the potatoes. Cut them into thick bars. Then divide them into two, three or four depending on the size of the potatoes.
Put the potatoes in a refractory dish or bowl. Pour oil over and turn them around a couple of times so all the potatoes are covered with oil.
Then add french fries, rosemary and crushed garlic, depending on taste. Also, turn this around a few times until all potatoes are covered with spices.
Put the dish or bowl into the oven and behind them at 200 degrees 1-1½ hours or until they are tender.
