To prepare the Potato porridge soup by Susanne Palmqvist recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into excessive cubes. Clean the pears and cut them into slices. Save the one to decorate. Season potatoes and chop the butter until it is shiny but not brown. Pour the broth and bring it to a boil. Let the soup boil under low approx. 1/2 hour to the potatoes is very tender. Pure the soup in blender or with a blender to a creamy cream. Warm up again with the cream cheese and season the soup with salt and pepper. It may be possible. Be thinner with a little broth if preferred. Stir the last gingerbread rings in a little water, let them drip off and finally put them on the soup.
