Peel the potatoes and cut into smaller pieces. Clean the pores and cut them in the rings.
Let it all boil in the water with the broths under the lid for 20 minutes, until the potatoes are very tender.
Mash the soup in the pan with a spelled blender or mashed potatoes. Pour the cream and warm up. Season with salt and pepper.
