1tspSugar
25gYeast
3tbspGreen pesto mixed with
3dlLukewarm water
550gWheat flour
900gRaw potatoes cut into very thin slices, use if necessary. one side of the tear the iron

Instructions for Potato pizza with green pesto and olive

To prepare the Potato pizza with green pesto and olive recipe, please follow these instructions:

Make a dough with so much flour that dough just adheres quite easily to the fingers.
Knead the dough thoroughly in 5 min. Tires dough with a damp Tea towel and let it raise to double size.

Benefit a handful of black olives on (may be omitted)
Bake at approx. 300 degrees c. alm. oven for 10 minutes or until it is golden brown around the edges.
