Instructions for Potato pie 02
To prepare the Potato pie 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Tartar Dried with flour, margarine water and a little salt. About half of the dough is rolled out and a frying pan is added.
Potatoes peel and cut thinly - preferably on food processes. The onions are cut and mixed with the potatoes and filled into the pie.
Bacon cut into pieces and switch until it separates. Then distributed over the potatoes.
Milk, cream and egg mix with some salt, pepper and other spices eg. Nutmeg, and distributed over the potatoes.
The rest of the pie dough is rolled out and placed on the pie - remember to dump the lid with a fork.
Baked in oven at low temperature for a long time. eg. 150 degrees for about 2 hours.
tips:
The pie is prepared the day before and left in the fridge overnight before it is baked next morning.
