| 150 | g | Bacon, diced |

Instructions for Potato/Leek Soup
To prepare the Potato/Leek Soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Potatoes and onions cut into cubes and sliced leeks.
Bacon Brown, add the vegetables and brown slightly.
Hønsebouillion added, boil 20 minutes.
Add approximately 1 dl. cream and the potatoes, then smoothed a bit blendt.
Garnish, if desired. with a little Leek.
