1 | cup | ALM sugar |
1 | cup | Brown sugar |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | cup | Wheat flour |
2 | tsp | Vanila extract |
3 | tsp | Baking soda |
5 | cup | Crushed potato chips |

To prepare the Potato chip cakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preheat oven to 190 gr Pour the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl, and mix them well. Mix the flour and baking powder. Add this to the potato-chip mixture, and stir in the chopped Pecan nuts in at the end.
Fill a greased griddle with teaspoons large blobs of this mixture, and let them bake for 10-15 minutes, or until they are light brown.
