2 | tsp | Syrup |
300 | g | Sifting |
4 | dl | Potato water (cooled) |
400 | g | Potatoes |
50 | g | Yeast |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Potato Buns In
To prepare the Potato Buns In recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and boil them until tender. Refrigerate and save water. Mash the potatoes lightly. Stir the yeast in a little of the water, add the rest of the liquid. Add the mashed potatoes, salt, syrup and sifting. Tube wheat flour in little by little (possibly with the mixer!). The dough should be slightly damp. Let dough raise in about half an hour. Term a even layer potato flour over the dough. Divide and shape the dough into buns with fingers using potato flour. Put the dough balls on a plate drizzled with potato flour. After raises approximately 15-20 minutes. Bake at 210 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes.
Tips:
The dough should not be manipulated. Dough balls can be frozen.
