1 | tsp | Baking soda |
1 | cup | Coarsely ground wheat flour |
1 | Beaten egg | |
1 | cup | Torn alm. potato |
1 | tsp | Grated lemon rind |
1.25 | cup | Oatmeal |
1/3 | cup | Soft butter |
1/3 | cup | Brown sugar |
1/3 | cup | Chopped nuts |
1/3 | cup | Honey |
1/3 | cup | Skimmed-milk powder |
3 | tbsp | Wheat germ |
Instructions for Potato biscuits
To prepare the Potato biscuits recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preheat oven to 190 gr. stir butter, sugar and honey together in a bowl, and whisk in the egg.
Stir in flour, dried milk, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, wheat germ together in another bowl.
Add the mixture with the egg, and stir it well. Then put the grated potato, grated lemon rind, coconut flakes, oatmeal and chopped nuts, and stir it all well
Fill a greased griddle with teaspoons large blobs of this mixture, and let them bake for 10-12 min. When they are finished, take the baking plate of baked and cooled on a rack.
