Ingredients for Potato and celery gratin
1 | dl | Freshly grated parmesan |
1 | tbsp | Whole peppercorns |
1 | Celeriac | |
1 | tbsp | Salt |
1 | tbsp | Butter |
1000 | g | Potatoes |
1-2 | dl | Whipped cream |
3 | clove | Garlic |
4 | twigs | Rosemary |
Instructions for Potato and celery gratin
To prepare the Potato and celery gratin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel potatoes and celeriac and cut them into big terns. Boil in water, add salt, garlic sauce, whole pepper and rosemary for 30 minutes. Pour the water off and remove the rosemary incisors.
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Bring the dripped root vegetables into a bowl, add butter, whipped cream and parmasan and stir it together with a whipped cream to a fountain of mash.
Distribute the moss into 8 well-molded shapes. Pour them in the oven for 10 minutes

The moss can also be baked in a large form. The baking time should then be a little longer.
