To prepare the Pork Chops with roasted pears recipe, please follow these instructions:
The meat is seasoned with Rosemary, salt and pepper and FRY in a little butter in a hot pan. In the meantime cut the pears in boats and core are removed. When the meat is ready, take it out of the pan. Roast the pears on their foreheads, they must like to brown slightly, and season with salt, black pepper and Rosemary. Pour a little balsamic apple vinegar in the Pan and let it cook into around the pears.
