Instructions for Porcini soup 02
To prepare the Porcini soup 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cook the mushrooms dry to svampenes fluid content is boiled away. Fikhak the onion and brown them together with the mushrooms and butter.
Sift flour over and got water on little by little. Add the broth, along with half of the cream. Boil the mixture for 15 minutes.
Add the rest of the cream and season with salt and pepper.
Tips:
Mushroom can be used as fill the sponge if there aren't enough wild mushrooms.
