Ideally find some large potatoes of solid potatoes, not necessarily baked potatoes. Peel the potatoes, cut them in and dip them with some waterproof (paper / clean dish) until they are dry. Put a pot of water and add 1/2 -1 teaspoon salt and cook the potato boats for 2-4 minutes. Pour the water and let them evaporate slightly again. Take a pan, bowl on it and sprinkle on the slightly hot potato boats brown and tender on all sides. Regularly turn the potatoes on the forehead. Just before serving a little salty salt over the potatoes.
