Instructions for Polenta Valdostana
To prepare the Polenta Valdostana recipe, please follow these instructions:
The water is boiled with the salt. The flour is poured in and boiled with stirring once. It is then boiled on very low heat for approx. 30 min. Meanwhile the cheese is cut into small terns. When the polenta has finished, remove from the heat and add butter and cheese. Pour the cream over low heat for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.
