Ingredients for Plum-PEAR chutney
½ | tsp | Cinnamon |
1 | clove | Garlic, finely minced |
1 | large | Onion, finely minced |
1 | kg | Pears, peeled and udkernet |
100 | g | Half-pitted plums |
100 | g | Candied Ginger, finely minced |
2 | Carnations | |
2 | dl | Sugar |
3½ | dl | White wine vinegar |
Instructions for Plum-PEAR chutney
To prepare the Plum-PEAR chutney recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put all ingredients except yolks in a thick-bottomed saucepan. Boil it for low heat for approximately 2 hours. Stir now and then. Add the yolks when they 10-15 minutes left of cooking time. Cool and pour chutneyen on glass approximately ¾ l.
Keep cool.
