2 | dl | Water |
3 | tbsp | Amaretto (taste your way) |
600 | g | Sugar |
Instructions for Plum jam with amaretto
To prepare the Plum jam with amaretto recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour the water and sugar in a saucepan together with the yolks. Let it stand and pull a few hours-pipe from time to time. Boil it slowly while stirring. When all the sugar has melted boiled further for about 10 min. to the yolks are tender, still under easy stirring. Take the yolks up with a slotted spoon and then put into scalded, atamon-washed glass. Boil the brine into the is viscous. Foam sheeting and add the amaretto and atamon.
