1 | can | Chopped tomatoes |
2.5 | dl | Lukewarm water |
2.5 | tbsp | Oil |
2.5-3 | cup | Wheat flour |
250 | g | Grated cheese |
35 | g | Yeast |
4 | tsp | Oregano |
500 | g | Minced beef |
Instructions for Pizzasnegle (about 25 pieces)
To prepare the Pizzasnegle (about 25 pieces) recipe, please follow these instructions:
DEJ: Crumble the yeast in the lukewarm water.
Add oil, salt and flour and beat the dough together.
Let it rise for 1½ hours.
Divide the dough into three.
Roll them out, pour the stuff on them, roll them together and cut them to snails.
Bake at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for 15 minutes.
FYLD: Brown the meat in a saucepan.
Add tomato and spices.
Boil for most of the liquid is evaporated.
