1000 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | tbsp | Sugar |
3 | tbsp | Olive oil |
5 | dl | Water |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Pizza dough (easy)
To prepare the Pizza dough (easy) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve the yeast in the water (approx. 30 degrees C). Mix the rest along with the water, save, however, flour to knead.
Knead the dough a lot – and sprinkle a little flour on and cut a cross and let dough raise any cellophane a half an hour.
There are batter enough for 2 baking sheets, and if you want a thin bottom there is enough for 4 pizzas.
Have a nice pizza night and remember fresh basil, it gives the flavor ...
And if you have the dough in excess, so make some cakes (muffins) with a little cinnamon, sugar and oil.
Tips:
The dough can also be stored in the refrigerator for later use (so it will be a little more crisp, incidentally).
The quickest tomato sauce is a 1 can of peeled tomatoes, a can of pure, a little oil, and possibly. a chopped onion. Simmer while the dough raises.
Temperature and time: 270 degrees C alm. oven 10-12 minutes.
or
200 degrees C alm. oven 20-25 minutes.
Only 1 plate in the oven at a time.
