2.5 | dl | Lukewarm water (30 c) |

Instructions for Pita bread 06
To prepare the Pita bread 06 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Start 4 hours before using the loaves or make them the day before and warm them up in the oven.
1. Mix dry yeast, water and 250 ml flour in a bowl.
2. Leave for 20 minutes until the yeast is active. Foam and / or bubbles must be created, so the yeast is active.
Add salt, oils and mostly flour and knead for 5 minutes. Can be done on a kitchen machine, for convenience.
3a. The dough must be a little sticky when it has been kneaded, but it must not stick to the side of the bowl or hands.
4. Lift the dough from the bowl and add some oil to the bowl, put the dough back and brush a little oil over the dough. Cover the dough with household film.
5. Let the dough stand for 2 hours or until it is double size. Leave it in a cupboard or a switched oven to prevent it from pulling.
6. Roll out the dough on a crispy table and add a little flour if the dough has become too sticky.
7. Divide the dough into 8 equal bowls and allow them to rise for 20 minutes on the kitchen table.
8. Roll the balls flat like pita bread. Usually about 0.5-1 cm thick.
9. Heat a pan up to high heat and apply a thin layer of oil using a kitchen roll.
10. When the forehead is fully warmed, a pita comes on and it puffs up quickly. Then you can turn it and it will pop up on the other side too. After 2-3 minutes on each side they are finished.
