To prepare the Pistacio cream sauce ala JJ recipe, please follow these instructions:

All the pistachio nuts are chopped and a little bit taken for later. Onions and garlic chopped roughly. Onions, garlic and nuts are switched off (remember to store some nuts). They should not be switched long. Then comes white wine vinegar (Here's how much "sour" you want to have its sauce, I like it too sour, therefore 3 spoon).
It is allowed to boil a little vinegar before it is taken off the heat.
The content is now blended with either melted butter or olive oil, as good as possible, the more "pasta" the better the better.
Back in the pan with the "nut pasta" and now add the rest of the ingredients, including the last chopped nuts. The sauce is boiled and seasoned with salt and pepper.
Then it is ready for serving.
Highly recommended for beef and / or pasta.
Tip: You can save some nuts and sprinkle over what you serve the sauce for it looks decorative.
