Chicken sliced and rubbed with salt.
Grilled on hot charcoal grill 20-30 min, let it rest 5 -10 min.
Chili sauce:
Getting all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil and simmer for low flame 5 min.
Share the half grilled chicken into smaller pieces and brush them with plenty of chili sauce
Serve with salad and bådkartofler
