Instructions for Pioche
To prepare the Pioche recipe, please follow these instructions:
Milk lunes, yeast is mixed in it. Margarine and break into pieces in the flour. Milk, salt and eggs are added and the dough is mixed through. Made to uplift approx. 45 min.
Fillings: Ham and eggs, chopped, and the filling stir together.
The dough turned down and split in 2. Deploying thin and cut out after a plate of 12-15 cm in diameter.
Approx. 1/2 spesk fill being placed on each circle. Edges brushed with egg, fold over each other and pressed together at the ends. Pirogerne made on the plate with the joints upwards. After raising about 10 mins.
Brushed with egg. Baking time: 15-20 minutes at 225 degrees.
