The milk lunes until it's finger warm. The yeast is thrown into it. Add the remaining ingredients, hold some of the flour back. The dough kneaded well. The dough is set for raising a covered spot for approx. 15 min. The dough is rolled out into a square, approx. 30 x 45 cm. The lid is peeled and chopped fine. Tomato puree is lubricated on the dough - it must cover the entire square. Onions, oregano, ham and cheese are spread over tomato puree. The dough is rolled into a sausage - start at the long side. The sausage is cut into 16 pieces. Place the snails on the baking sheet, the ends bend under the snails and press a little flat. The snails adhere to the cover for approx. 20 min. The snails are baked in a preheated oven at 200 C for approx. 15 min. On the middle oven rack.
