Instructions for Phred Hedeviger
To prepare the Phred Hedeviger recipe, please follow these instructions:
Flour, water, yeast, eggs, salt, sugar and cardamom stirred together and rest for 15 minutes.
Margarine cut with cheese shavings, and scrolls of 3-4 times into the dough, after the last roll-out cut to the requested number of hedeviger. Raisins and sukat sprinkled over each piece, rolled to the buns and folds flat. Raises the bar for 30 minutes on the plate.
Coffee, water or brushed with egg and bake in 10-12 minutes at 200-225 degrees C.
Tips:
Remember to put a bowl of water into the oven.
