To prepare the Pastry recipe, please follow these instructions:
The fat break into pieces in the flour in icing sugar and crumble the yeast term in thin dough with egg yolk or cream. Let the dough rest cool at least half an hour before the deploying and bake.
Bake at 200-225 degrees C.
Tips:
This dough is used mainly for medals, lenses, pies and similar pastries.
